CEMETERY INSCRIPTIONS-KIRBY FAMILY (EDGEWOOD B.C.)

KIRBY CEMETERY

This cemetery is located to the east of  the lower Arrow Lakes near Edgewood. It is a family site.

There are believed to be seven burials here but only three stones are readable. If you are coming east from Vernon on highway #6

go past the Edgewood junction and take the first turn right onto Lower Inonoaklin Road. It is marked by a CAA sign.

Then go left at the fork in the road which will take you directly to the old Kirby property. It is now the site of

IF Towing owned by Carol and Ron Hodwitz. The cemetery is on the hillside behind their house. As this is private property permission to visit should be obtained
