The Board of Directors is elected at the Annual General Meeting, on the second Wednesday of March. Directors are elected from within the Membership.

Committee Chairs are appointed by the Board of Directors. The Committe Chairperson will select Members to form a committee.

Appointed Positions are at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
