The membership year runs January 1 to December 31. Persons joining on or after November 1st are credited for the following year.

We hold regular monthly membership meetings the second Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m.

The Annual General Meeting and election of officers is held during the March meeting. In order to vote a member must be in good standing.

There are no meetings during the summer months; however, the Resource Centre is open on a limited basis.

We are a non-profit society registered under the BC Societies Act and with the Canadian Government Charitable Registration No. 88994 9772 0001. Please consider a donation to the Society. An income tax receipt will be issued for donations of $25.00 or more.
